I am Daniel and I would like to warmly welcome you to our journey together through the world of meditation. For many years I have intensively studied various meditation techniques, including Vipassana, yoga meditation, and the Inner Walk. These multifaceted practices have enriched my life in many ways and helped me to establish a deeper connection with myself and the world around me.
Through regular meditation, I have not only learned to better deal with stress and the challenges of everyday life, but also found an inner peace and serenity that supports me in all situations. The practice of Vipassana meditation helped me observe my thoughts and emotions without letting them overwhelm me, while yoga meditation taught me to balance mind and body and experience holistic healing. On the Inner Walk I learned to walk in harmony with nature and to fully enjoy the beauty of the moment.
My meditation experience has also led me to explore interaction with the field of consciousness and the concept of Akashic, which has given me a broader perspective on the universe and my role in it.

Accommodation
The accommodation is located in a small village called Bäch, near the train station, from where Zurich is easily accessible. The apartment is also very close to the shores of Lake Zurich. It's only a 2-minute walk to the train station and offers convenient parking options. Smoking is permitted on the balcony, where you can enjoy the fresh air and picturesque views.
This beautiful 5-room apartment is shared, with me occupying my own room. There are 3 guest rooms available, where a maximum of 8 people can be accommodated. Inside the apartment, there is a large communal area with a fireplace, where activities such as yoga, Qi Gong, and meditation are hosted. A shared large kitchen is also available for use.
