🔸 Preparation: The next half hour from 8:00 PM to 8:30 PM is open for you to meditate in silence. Use this time to calm your thoughts, breathe deeply, and prepare for the upcoming yoga practice. 🧘‍♂️🧘‍♀️

🌸 Yin Section: In this part, we focus on opening and stretching the body to achieve more softness and flexibility. Experience deep stretches and let go to find inner peace.

🔥 Yang Section: Activating static poses that can also be used meditatively. These exercises strengthen the body, promote stability, and provide good grounding. Feel the power and connection to your inner self.

🌟 Developing Body Awareness: Through the yoga practice, you will have enough time to immerse yourself in the exercises and feel your energy flow. Connect with your body and discover the transformative power of yoga.



When you join us, I invite you to meditate in silence. This means being mindful and connecting with the group without words. Take the sitting position that is most comfortable for you. If you want instructions for meditation, feel free to join 10 minutes before the official start.
