Namaste and a warm welcome to the yoga class! I’m delighted that you’re here, whether it’s on Zoom or live in person. The next half hour from 8:00 PM to 8:30 PM is open for you to meditate in silence. Use this time to calm your thoughts, breathe deeply, and prepare for the upcoming yoga practice.

At 8:30 PM, the actual yoga class will begin. Get comfortable, find a pleasant sitting position, and close your eyes. Tune into yourself, notice your breath, and let go of the day’s stress. We’ll start with a gentle meditation to relax the body and mind.

The subsequent yoga practice will be based on the principles of mindfulness and balance. Each asana (yoga pose) will be accompanied by breaths to strengthen the connection between body and mind. We’ll focus on flexibility, strength, and inner peace.

If you need adjustments for your individual needs, don’t hesitate to make them. Remember, yoga is a personal journey, and each movement should feel right for you.
